Brooklyn’s A Great Big Pile of Leaves are stoked to announce a full US tour this winter supporting Into It. Over It. The tour kicks off in Minneapolis on January 23rd and continues through March 1st, where they’ll wrap up the extensive run in Chicago. The tour also features support from AGBPOL’s Topshelf labelmates The World Is A Beautiful Place and I Am No Longer Afraid to Die.

A Great Big Pile of Leaves continue to tour in support of their sophomore LP You’re Always On My Mind, which was released on July 2nd, 2013 via Topshelf Records. The record went on to debut at #1 on Billboard’s Northeast Heatseekers Chart and gain a number of press accolades. Since the summer, they’ve toured with The Front Bottoms, mewithoutYou, and Someone Still Loves You Boris Yeltsin, and played a number of headlining dates including a sold out release show for a crazy hometown crowd at the Studio at Webster Hall.

This tour will bring the band to the west coast for the first time in support of You’re Always On My Mind. See below for all confirmed dates and check www.agreatbigpileofleaves.com for the most up to date information!

You’re Always On My Mind remains one of 2013’s most effortlessly enjoyable indie rock albums…” – Pitchfork

“..Believe us when we say that this is an album, and a band, that deserves your full attention.” – Line of Best Fit

“No matter what it’s about and where it came from, we like it: From the opening oohs and snaps onward, “Snack Attack” bounces along like the dreamiest, ’90s-tinged late-night crawl ever.” – Nylon

You’re Always On My Mind, a melancholic yet propulsive set that sounds as brisk and autumnal as the band name implies.” – Stereogum

“…it’s tough to go wrong with You’re Always on My Mind….It’s hooky, but in a subtle way, charming but not overbearing, and adapts to whatever mood you’re in at the time. It’s light, fizzy, and you can effortlessly go back for another round, a musical hefeweizen.” – Grantland
