Hopeless Records and Taking Back Sunday are excited to announce the release of a live video for their new song “Flicker Fade.” The video was filmed during the band’s recent show at Starland Ballroom in Sayreville, NJ, which was broadcast on AXStv. It can be seen now on the official Hopeless Records YouTube channel. The studio version of the song will be included on the band’s upcoming new album due out spring 2014.

“We were lucky enough to have our recent Starland Ballroom show filmed and broadcast on AXStv.  Since we played one of the new songs there and the record isn’t quite ready for release, we decided to put up the live version for “Flicker Fade” from a TV broadcast with professional cameras and audio so it could exist with all of the cell phone videos that eventually go up.  We’re glad people are so enthusiastic and want to share the music from their point of view and we thought it would also be nice to see it and hear it from this perspective,” explains bassist Shaun Cooper.

Taking Back Sunday’s set list will include their new song “Flicker Fade,” fan favorites and rare material when they hit the road with Polar Bear Club and Transit on their upcoming fall tour! The tour kicks off on October 11th in Clifton Park, NY and wraps up on November 7th in Long Island, NY. Tickets for the tour are on sale now at: http://www.takingbacksunday.com/tour

Recently signed to Hopeless Records, Taking Back Sunday will release their new studio album, produced by Marc Jacob Hudson (Saves The Day, The Swellers) and Mike Sapone (Brand New, O’Brother), in spring 2014.
