I the Mighty has been announced as support on the fall headline tour of Equal Vision Records’ alumni Coheed and Cambria, with additional support from Balance & Composure.

“Touring with Coheed and Cambria is an absolute dream come true for I the Mighty. Anybody close to me will tell you I’ve been borderline obsessed with their music for over a decade now,” shares vocalist Brent Walsh, of the tremendous opportunity to tour with the very band that inspired him to become a musician. “I’ve answered in interviews, many times, that if I could tour with any band in the world, it would be them. Their keywork logo was the first thing I ever permanently inked on my body. They have been, and will continue to be, my favorite band of all time.”

I the Mighty recently partnered with AltPress.com for the premiere of their fully-animated music video for “A Spoonful of Shallow Makes Your Head An Empty Space”. I the Mighty has already released music and lyric videos for “Failures”, “Speak To Me”, “Echoes” and more, and will soon premiere another official music video, for the song “Four Letter Words”. All of the band’s videos to date can be viewed HERE.

I the Mighty, who hail from San Francisco, released their debut full-length album Satori on June 11, charting at No. 10 on the Billboard Heatseekers Chart. The band has just recently wrapped up US tour dates with Say Anything, Eisley and HRVRD and will next embark on a short tour with A Skylit Drive, before joining up with Coheed & Cambria and Balance & Composure in October.

All upcoming tour dates for I the Mighty can be found below, with additional dates with A Skylit Drive being announced this Wednesday, August 21. Tickets for I the Mighty‘s tour with Coheed and Cambria will go on sale later this week.
