Roadrunner Records group, The Devil Wears Prada, are currently hard at work on their full-length label debut in Atlanta’s Glow In The Dark Studios. The as-yet-untitled new LP, executive produced by Adam Dutkiewicz of Killswitch Engage, with producer / engineer Matt Goldman, is set to arrive this fall and will mark the first LP to be released by The Devil Wears Prada since 2011’s breakthrough, Dead Throne, which debuted at #10 on the Billboard Top 200 and cemented the group as one of the most electrifying acts in modern metal.
To chronicle the record’s progress, The Devil Wears Prada will be releasing studio updates regularly, completely shot, edited and scored by the band members themselves. In Studio Update #2, we hear from drummer Daniel Williams and take a look at his progress on tracking the album’s drums. The Devil Wears Prada recently announced that they will be performing at this year’s Alliance Fest on August 3rd in McDonald, PA as well as the Intensity Music Festival on August 4th Arlington, VA. Furthermore, the band has also been added to Chicago’s Riot Fest which takes place September 13th-15th at Humboldt Park in Chicago, IL.
