ORIGINAL POST: Kehlani has been on the road promoting the release of SweetSexySavage for a minute now, but it seems tour life may have gotten the best of the vocalist. Last night in Grand Rapids, Michigan the “Distraction” singer cancelled her headlining performance after just one song, citing the need to go to hospital because she “feels crazy.” Her words were interrupted by sobs, which were captured on video by fans in attendance:

Substream staff photographer Ben Howell was on hand for the performance, and he managed to capture the above photo of Kehlani before she exited the stage.
Kehlani and her team have not commented further on the situation, but The Intersection venue posted the following message across social media immediately following the concert:
No word yet on whether or not the SweetSexySavage tour will continue as planned. We will bring you more information as it becomes available.
