We have been writing a lot about the upcoming summer festival season. As we see it, 2017 is the peak year for festivals. Every week from May through September there is at least one major event taking place in North American, and we are doing our best to showcase the best, absolute cannot miss events as we learn of their existence.
Our first trip to Wisconsin’s Northern Invasion music festival happened in May of 2016. Over the course of two wild days we saw dozens of rock’s latest and greatest acts, including the almighty BABYMETAL. The 2017 lineup raises the bar for quality even higher, bringing together Soundgarden, Bush, The Pretty Reckless, Pierce The Veil, Sum 41, The Offspring, Gojira, Bad Omens, Sylar, and many more rock notables together for a weekend of nonstop chaos.
