Last summer, Southern California band Hawai released an arresting debut EP, titled Working All Night. In continued support of the effort, Hawai have been sharing live performances of each of its four tracks, and today we have the privilege of revealing the final installment with the band’s gorgeous video for EP closer “All Night,” which was shot at Switchfoot’s Red Room studio in Los Angeles.

“‘All Night’ is probably the most serious song on the EP,” says vocalist/guitarist Jake Pappas. “It speaks of barely getting by while in pursuit of your dreams. The song’s energy has always been stern. So we slowed it down, added an R. Kelly vibe to it, and lightened the mood up a bit. It’s no ‘I Believe I Can Fly,’ but it’s a good time jamming on this version of the song.”

Kick back and let the soothing slow jam wash over you now:

Hawai are currently working on a brand new EP with producer Frederik Thaae (Atlas Genius), but in the meantime you can pick up Working All Night via iTunes to hold you over until new material arrives.
