Blink-182 urge fans to persevere through struggles on “No Future”

We are only a week away from the release of California, otherwise known as the first Blink-182 album since the departure of guitarist/vocalist Tom Delonge. The Jon Feldman-produced record has been teased for months, and today the promotion continued with the release of a new single titled “No Future.”

We all face challenges in life, and for the most part those struggles are unseen by the outside world. We all have our own demons to battle and mental blocks to conquer, which is precisely what Blink-182 attempt to address with this song. Now rounded out by Alkaline Trio guitarist/vocalist Matt Skiba, the band uses this track to urge fans to persevere through whatever hardships may come their way. “You don’t know a thing about it,” the group sings in gang vocals midway though the song, “I was lost from dawn ’til dusk.” Stream the song right now:

California arrives in stores next Friday, July 1. Blink-182 are currently making appearances around the world at various festivals, but their official summer tour does not begin until July 22. You can view dates for the run, as well as information regarding the supporting acts, below:
